About this item
- 【Natural Material】Pure natural materials carefully selected and cleaned by hand. Each piece is unique. It has a rounded shape, with pores of different sizes and degrees of roughness on the surface, adding a peaceful and natural atmosphere to your aquarium. Black/white/gray mixed color, with black and white dots of sand-like texture, and the same color schema as the ancient Chinese symbol of Taiji, hence the name TAIJI Stone.
- 【Versatile Application】As the name suggests the unity and harmony of nature, Taiji Stone has a wide range of applicability in aquascaping, such as natural aquarium style, natural style for biopools, side stones for rock and seawater aquascaping, and planted landscapes. The surface has varying degrees of roughness, making it a great base for moss-covered rocks, which can be laid horizontally in a large tank as a substrate cover to simulate a riverbed, hill or rock formation.
- 【Increase Ornamental】Mixed sizes from 2-9 inches allow for flexible placement to obtain a natural and playful effect, giving your aquarium a more scenic and three-dimensional feel. Taiji stones will have a darker color in wet environments, easily contrasting with the color of aquatic life and highlighting the color and form of the aquatic environment you create. The rounded shape can add a soft and warm feeling to the aquarium; try adding some Chinese elements to give it a traditional in flavor.
- 【Providing Biological Places】Caves and rock piles constructed from stacked stones can provide resting and hiding places for aquatic organisms, increasing their sense of security and pleasure in life. Moss, Java ferns, Anubias or Bucephalandras, can grow on the rough surface. Providing support and space for aquatic plants to grow, facilitating their reproduction, and enhancing the biotope's richness.
- 【Stable and Safe in Nature】These stones feature weak alkaline pH values and have stable chemical properties in water. Best for aquariums looking slightly up pH (e.g., African rift lake cichlids) or wide range pH adapted aquarium, paludarium, terrarium, etc. It is safe and harmless to aquatic plants and organisms.
